Winery Policies
For the safety and enjoyment of our guests:
- Visitors must be 21 years of age or older
- No pets allowed
- No outside alcohol/drinks
-Food service is available on site
-Outside food should only consist of individual small bites. NO group picnics/large parties during open public hours.
Please schedule private bookings for large groups.
-All garbage brought in should be taken out.
-No outside food/coolers/etc. allowed inside the winery or on the winery brick patio area to allow for easier food service ordered through the winery.
The winery is located on a historic farm with historic buildings which are listed on the Maryland Historical Trust State Historic Site Survey.
In order to preserve the historic significance and character, the farm is not handicap accessible.
A Natural Experience
Our winery is located on a historic farm in Kent County, Maryland with extensive trail and beach access. Prepare to relax in nature with a picnic charcuterie bag and a bottle of wine!

Many animals call this farm home. From guard dogs to chickens to the local wildlife, Lands Point Farm is always bustling with life and activity.

We loved our visit here. Their wines were delicious. Anyone could find something they would enjoy. Plenty of wildlife to see! The owners are so friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

Happened upon this little gem while out on a dingy ride. The property is just amazing! Had a wonderful visit with the owners and enjoyed a tasting flight of both reds and whites. Really interesting wines. Bought several and really enjoying them on our journey! Highly recommended! Hoping to stop again on way back!
